Moving our feet is just as important as moving the rest of our bodies.
For most of our lives we have abused our foundation, our feet.! And yet we wonder how we all of a sudden have foot pain or knee pain etc.
Our feet are truly fascinating with over 200,000 nerve endings, 26 bones, 33 joints and more than 100 muscles, tendons and ligaments, all of which work together to provide support balance and mobility.
Unfortunately the shoes we wear that we have been led to believe supports the foot are really redistricting the foot's natural way of moving leading to weak, imobile feet.
One more thing!
70% of our brain's movement information comes from our feet (10% eyes, 20% inner ears). Take away this feedback and it gets confused, resulting in unskillful movement.

Walk on “The Hog” (linked below) to improve mobility & strength.
Walk at home barefoot more ( your feet will get used to the cold tiles i know what your thinking ha. )
Try to keep an eye out for natural barefoot shoes that are thin soled, flat and wide at the toes.
